What's the contract?

Obviously it’s impossible to make guarantees on exactly what results you’ll see; after all, the human body is an incredibly complex thing. However, if you comply with at least 80% of your programme and stick to your nutrition targets for the initial 3 month period and don’t see adequate results, I’ll happily refund your investment.
Why is there a minimum 3 month term?
Having worked in gyms for many years I’ve seen just how frustrating it can be to be tied into a long term contract you don’t want any more, and I don’t plan to make you feel that way.
Do I need to have access to a gym?
If you’re thinking about buying some equipment to keep at home, I’ll be able to advise on the best pieces to suit your personal needs.
How is online coaching different from similar alternatives on the market ?
This service differs greatly from most options currently on the market. For starters, online coaching is a highly personalised experience, encompassing fitness, nutrition, wellbeing, sleep, mindset and lifestyle coaching. This holistic approach makes for far superior results.
Other online coaching programmes schedule workouts around 6-12 weeks in advance. We personally keep a much closer eye on client progress. You’ll start with a 6-12 week plan, which we’ll continuously adapt based on your progress and feedback. This flexible approach helps to maximise results, and allows for programme changes around travel, illness/injury, etc.
How is Online Coaching different from regular Personal Training?
Online coaching requires accountability on your part: an essential life skill, if you ask me. You’ll be doing workouts independently, and learning about yourself along the way.
With online coaching you can ask questions whenever they arise, and you’ll be getting detailed feedback on each task you complete. This includes analysis of your exercise technique (note that this isn’t something you have to do for every exercise/workout).
What if I'm not sure I can afford this service?
If you’re struggling financially at any point, we can pause your online PT for a month.
