Obviously it’s impossible to make guarantees on exactly what results you’ll see; after all, the human body is an incredibly complex thing. Online coaching requires accountability on your part: an essential life skill, if you ask me. You’ll be doing workouts independently, and learning about yourself along the way.

With online coaching you can ask questions whenever they arise, and you’ll be getting detailed feedback on each task you complete. This includes analysis of your exercise technique (note that this isn’t something you have to do for every exercise/workout).
